Director of Nursing (DON)
at our Skilled Nursing facility in Milbank, South Dakota. Relocation package and Sign‑on Bonus available! This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate and confident, hands‑on Director of Nursing that will be responsible for the leadership and management of the Nursing Department. In this important role you will work closely with highly qualified Unit Managers and the Administrator to drive the overall success of the facility. Qualifications
A current, unencumbered State of South Dakota Registered Nurse (R.N.) license (or Compact State R.N. license). Minimum of three (3) years Registered Nursing (RN) experience in a long‑term care setting required. Prior Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred. Leadership competencies including developed interpersonal and communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to inspire and operate effectively at all levels. Benefits

Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect by instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, setting and attaining Nursing Department goals, inspiring your clinical team, employing creative problem solving, and overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department.
