Job Summary Supervise outreach and student advisement services in support of the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid (OFSA). Responsibilities include setting employee goals, assessing performance, providing feedback, and making pay recommendations. Engage with prospective and enrolled students, parents, staff, and community partners to provide guidance on OFSA programs.
Responsibilities
Coordinate development of publications and web content to promote OFSA services and opportunities for student financial aid.
Supervise and provide advice to students regarding OFSA programs, including eligibility, appeals, and academic standards.
Coordinate periodic review of all aid recipient records for compliance with Standards of Satisfactory Academic Progress.
Administer outreach and communications programs in compliance with consumer information regulations.
Plan, organize, train, supervise, and monitor performance of assigned staff.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications Educational Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Experience Five to seven years of related experience.
Skills This position requires working knowledge of financial aid management processes, specialized program communications, supervision, team leadership, communications, training/presentation, customer service, and office/specialized computer applications.
