What does a successful Sr. Product Manager for Advertising Technology do? Every day, Clover powers payment services for hundreds of thousands of merchants. Our cloud platform supports payment processing, storage, and collaboration. As an AdTech PM, you will identify, develop, and manage innovative advertising solutions leveraging Clover’s platform.

Key Responsibilities

Track advertising industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape

Own product strategy and roadmap for AdTech products

Collaborate with engineering, data science, product managers, and stakeholders to define and maintain roadmap

Help build robust business cases for new advertising products and services, focusing on revenue generation and value creation

Define detailed user stories and requirements such as ad content management, scheduling, targeting, performance measurement

Collaborate closely with engineering, documentation, QA, and operations to deliver scalable, reliable AdTech products

Consult with advertising partners to create effective solutions leveraging our platform

Analyze performance data and feedback to continually improve the effectiveness of advertising solutions

Define and track KPIs related to advertising revenue, campaign performance, and platform utilization

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience, preferably in payments

Demonstrated experience in AdTech, digital advertising, or platform monetization

Degree in Computer Science, Technology, or Business; MBA preferred

Experience managing integrations with third‑party platforms and APIs

Experience with Agile development methodologies

Experience creating and nurturing corporate partnerships, especially with ad agencies

Strong communication skills to convey product descriptions and roadmaps

Data‑driven decision making, especially on ads performance analytics

Other Details Travel required: 10% (local and international). Salary Range: $120,000 – $198,000 (NJ/NY). Pay may vary by state.

Eligible for annual incentive opportunities including cash bonus and equity awards at the Company’s discretion.
