Competitive pay commensurate with experience. The range for this position is
$160,000 - $190,000 , but actual compensation will vary. Your Responsibilities
Lead a team of EHS and sustainability professionals to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive programs. Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Act as FUCHS’ Americas Regional Sustainability Officer. Design, implement, and maintain EHS&S management systems. Desired Qualifications
10+ years in a managerial or director-level role. Collaborative leadership style with talent development history. Bachelor’s degree in Occupational/Industrial Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field. Experience building and implementing EHS&S management systems. Sustainability program experience. Certification in an EHS-related discipline is a plus. Detailed knowledge of North American safety and environmental regulations and standards. Superior communication skills. Ability to travel regularly within the US, Canada, and Mexico. Benefits
