Sales Director (Oil and Gas Industry) - Remote Work Join the BairesDev team as a Sales Director in the Oil & Gas sector, working remotely.

About the Role In this Hunter position you will source, nurture, and close new clients primarily from your network and industry that are not inbound leads.

What You'll Do

Hunting:

Build long‑lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise‑level clients across industries, focusing on Energy (Oil & Gas, Renewables, Utilities).

Originate and nurture business relationships that result in engagement opportunities.

Present BairesDev’s unique value proposition tailored to senior executives.

Develop strong relationships with potential clients.

Project Management:

Scope projects, shape engagements, and help define solutions that satisfy client needs and achieve desired outcomes.

Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets.

Plan resources, organize and mobilize teams throughout the complex sales cycle.

Understand and mitigate key risks through tactical plans.

We Are Looking For

5+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, or related industrial sectors with exposure to technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives.

Strong experience in business development, relationship management, or technical sales within the energy sector.

Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and Enterprise accounts within energy markets.

Excellent understanding of the Oil & Gas industry, key players, strategies, and client structure.

Demonstrated strategic, creative, and analytical approach with a focus on initiating and building client relationships.

Strong understanding of operational systems, data management, and technological challenges common in the Oil & Gas industry.

Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to client needs.

Self‑motivated, results‑driven, detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven.

Native English or fully bilingual (English).
