National Sales Manager – Reno Caesars Entertainment invites applications for the National Sales Manager role overseeing sales efforts in the Reno market.

Responsibilities

Solicit and book programs that maximize revenue across rooms, food & beverage, meeting room rental, etc.

Finalize contracts with clients and manage negotiation.

Travel to promote facilities, conduct site inspections, and attend trade shows and familiarization events.

Meet individual and team booking goals; maintain a business size of 300+ room nights on peak.

Complete prospecting calls and provide pre/post trip reports.

Drive measurable objectives for property sales growth and create demand for Caesars properties.

Lead and close large account sales opportunities to gain market share.

Maintain customer retention and satisfaction, building brand awareness.

Collaborate with property operations to build brand identity in day‑to‑day operations.

Act as a support network for all sales people in the region.

Communicate effectively with other regions, property and in‑market, meeting operators and customers.

Negotiate and understand contract language.

Qualifications

Proven experience selling hospitality to a diverse set of customers.

Established customer base and extensive experience managing an in‑market sales force remotely.

Track record of consistent performance and accountability using multiple sales approaches.

Excellent oral, written, verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

BA/BS degree preferred, 2+ years of prior hotel meeting sales experience preferred.

Ability to act quickly and exercise good judgment under pressure/conflict situations.

High volume, fast paced, frequent interruptions.

Enthusiastic, efficient, works well with co‑workers and management.

Long hours; flexible working hours; available on weekends and holidays.

Must be able to travel.
