Overview LMI is seeking a Technical Intelligence Production & Design Officer to support and collaborate with analytical counterparts across the U.S. Intelligence. The ideal candidate will serve in a full‑time client‑facing role as a production and design officer for an Intelligence Community (IC) client providing technical publication support, such as desktop publishing, copy‑editing finished intelligence, coordinating with analysts, graphic designers, cartographers, and fellow editors, and supporting the enforcement and clarification of tradecraft standards.

Responsibilities
Review and publish finished intelligence articles, graphics, and interactive visuals.
Post items to the IC internal website and ready them for publication.
Review and archive records for products.
Support workflow tools to meet production and publication timelines.
Develop new methodologies for visualization of products.
Provide excellent customer service to support contributing authors, managers, editors, production officers, graphic designers, & cartographers.
Plan the contents of publications according to the publication style, editorial policy, and publishing standards.
Oversee publication production, including layout and computer typesetting, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
Qualifications
TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph is required.
Minimum of three (3) years professional work experience with HTML or a combination of relevant experience and a B.A. in graphic design, communications, publication, or related field.
Understanding of IC analytic tradecraft standards.
Knowledge of the organizations within the Intelligence Community.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing requirements.
Ability to manage a large number of requests and communicate progress and completion of requests.
Highly organized with the ability to multi‑task and meet fast‑paced publication deadlines.
Technical skills: HTML5, Dreamweaver, Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat Pro, Photoshop).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Security Clearance Statement TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph is required. Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. For this position, LMI will only consider applicants with current security clearances. Please note that only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
