Base pay range $85,000 per year – $95,000 per year

Currently serving guests at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Hartsfield‑Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), and Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), with new terminals underway at Dallas Fort‑Worth International Airport (DFW) and Miami International Airport (MIA), PS is pioneering a new global standard in hospitality.

The Role: IT Systems Specialist The IT Systems Specialist will be responsible for the efficient administration, operation, and maintenance of all computer systems, office systems, AV, and voice communications within the organization. The role handles 2nd‑level support and, on occasion, 1st‑level support when needed. It involves understanding technologies such as SaaS, IoT, IAM, ITSM, and engaging with stakeholders to provide exceptional customer support and assist in developing and deploying solutions aligned with PS’s long‑term success. The position reports to the Director of IT.

Responsibilities & Expectations

IT system administration, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting across corporate and hospitality IT systems such as email, IAM, point of sales, VOIP, audio‑visuals, and office applications.

Strong collaboration with the Cybersecurity/Risk team to secure IT systems by implementing strict security measures and monitoring for potential threats; ensuring adherence to NIST CSF, GDPR, CCPA, PCI DSS, and other relevant standards.

Endpoint protection, deployment/provisioning, policy enforcement, audit, and patch management, including mobile device management.

Provide 2nd‑level support and, when needed, field 1st‑level support tickets – installing/upgrading software, installing hardware, and configuring systems and applications.

Continuous improvement of existing tools to increase utilization through feature adaptation and workflow refinement.

Collaborate with stakeholders and systems engineers on corporate projects during and after deployment to ensure systems meet expected outcomes.

Maintain relationships with third‑party vendors as the point of contact for current and future IT projects.

Work with systems engineers to monitor system performance, identify and remediate vulnerabilities, upgrade infrastructure for efficiency and reliability, and manage alerts per set policies.

Maintain technical documentation, conduct disaster recovery and business continuity exercises, and deliver technical presentations.

Availability to work weekends, holidays, and after hours as required.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience.

Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience at a systems administrator level in both on‑premise and cloud‑based environments.

Strong experience with cloud services such as O365 and Azure.

Knowledge of IAM/IdP systems (Entra/Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Active Directory) and experience configuring SSO applications.

Experience in IT systems administration, IT service management, and IT asset management.

Basic understanding of networking and skills in LAN/WAN, ACL, VPN, DNS, WAF, and Zero Trust technologies.

In‑depth knowledge of common workstation and mobile OS.

Certifications preferred: ITIL, Microsoft Certified, Microsoft 365 Certified, Network+ or related.

Basic PowerShell and Azure CLI knowledge or willingness to learn.

Self‑motivation: Ability to operate independently with minimal direction.

Communication: Effective interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders, vendors, and users at all levels.

Problem‑solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach.

Compensation range: $85,000 – $95,000 annually (depending on experience). This is a full‑time, exempt role.
