Role Highlights

Client Engagement: Cultivate and expand your network within established markets.

Products and Services Consultation: Educate clients on our diverse financial products and showcase how solutions can be tailored to meet their needs.

Client Service and Implementation: Analyze and organize client data, maintain confidentiality, and implement appropriate products and services.

Work‑Life Balance: Flexible schedule to maximize productivity and personal time.

Location: Work outside the office in local schools and municipalities.

Skills & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills and work experience.

Licensing: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66.

Personal Attributes: Values‑driven with a track record of success.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong self‑confidence.

Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to positively impact others’ lives.

Collaboration: Ability to work with and learn from top performers.

Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Training & Development

FINRA Sponsorship for required FINRA licensing.

Preliminary Employment Period (PEP): Comprehensive 120‑day hands‑on training.

Virtual University: Access to Equitable Advisors’ Virtual University for continuous learning.

Mentorship: Opportunities for joint work and mentorship.

Personalized Coaching: Guided by a local Vice President throughout your journey.

Leadership Development: Access to the Leadership Development School for those with management ambition.

Professional Growth: Encouragement to pursue designations such as CFP®, ChFC, and Equitable Advisors’ Credentialed Holistic Financial Coach program.

Compensation & Benefits

Sign‑On Payment Eligibility: $250–$1,000 after signing the PEP agreement, based on a 120‑day timeline for successful completion of FINRA licenses.

Base Salary: After PEP completion, eligible for a 20th Edition RBG financial professional role with an annual salary of $24,000.

Commissions & Bonus: Eligible to earn commissions and bonus in addition to the base salary.

Benefits Eligibility: Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), ESPP, disability, life insurance, and Transportation Reimbursement Incentive Program (TRIP).
