Lead the transformation and modernization of legacy applications as they migrate to the cloud, with a strong preference for AWS solutions. This strategic leadership role focuses on cloud‑first architecture, application modernization, and digital transformation. What You’ll Do
Lead the modernization and migration of legacy applications to the cloud, primarily AWS. Architect cloud‑native solutions that maximize scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency. Collaborate with Enterprise Solutions Architect and application teams to align modernization strategies and cloud adoption roadmaps. Establish governance, security, and performance standards for cloud‑based applications. Drive major cloud transformation projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions. Mentor and guide teams on cloud best practices and modernization approaches. What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong emphasis on cloud modernization and migration. Proven experience modernizing legacy applications and migrating them to AWS (other cloud platforms a plus). Deep knowledge of cloud‑native architectures, application refactoring, and modernization strategies. Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms. Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills. Preferred Certifications
