Data Analyst with Pyspark & AB Testing
In this role you will solve business problems for our Retail/CPG clients through data‑driven insights. You will advise clients and internal teams on identifying business problems, design analyses, and communicate findings to non‑technical audiences. You will mentor junior consultants and help build analytical frameworks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and at least 4 years of experience in Information Technology, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.
Located within commuting distance of Sunnyvale, CA (willing to relocate). Travel within the U.S. may be required.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without employer‑based visa sponsorship. Immigration sponsorship not available.
Proven experience in exploratory data analysis, statistical modeling, and data pipelines using SQL, Tableau, A/B testing, Python, Advanced SQL, and PySpark.
Strong data mining, visualization, and storytelling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s or higher in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Applied Math, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics).
Marketing domain experience (web analytics, click‑stream data, marketing campaign KPIs).
Knowledge of machine learning techniques.
