Job Summary
Join Attivo Partners as a Senior Accountant. You will own critical accounting tasks and help scale the company’s rapid growth. The role is work-from-home with occasional travel for company events and onboarding.
Salary Range $100,000–$115,000 per year plus annual bonus opportunities.
Responsibilities
Perform day‑to‑day accounting duties in accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, payroll, fixed assets, general ledger and assigned tasks.
Assist with the monthly close process by posting journal entries, reconciling accounts and conducting ad‑hoc financial analysis.
Maintain regular contact and build solid working relationships with various groups to ensure high customer service and work product.
Undertake projects and ad‑hoc assignments as needed.
Requirements
Solid understanding of GAAP.
Experience with standard accounting software, for example QuickBooks Online, Xero, Netsuite, Bill.com, Gusto, Expensify, Carta.
Highly detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Fast learner with a high degree of professional curiosity and desire to learn.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Enjoy a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
Experience working in a fast‑paced technology or professional services environment.
