Role Description This is a full-time ON-SITE role for an Associate Attorney (7 years+) with experience in Mass Tort (fire). The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling Mass Tort cases, conducting legal research, providing legal advice, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Mass Tort (fire) experience

Excellent legal research and writing skills

Ability to provide sound legal advice

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Admission to the State Bar of California
