Job Description Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) drives tangible, impactful, and financial results for Visa’s network clients, including both financial services and merchants. Drawing on expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing, operational operations, and macroeconomics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients.
The North American Money Movement & Stablecoins Consulting Practice within VCA provides consulting services related to money movement and stablecoin strategies, covering existing and emerging payment schemes such as faster payments, cross‑border remittances, payment hub, open banking, treasury‑as‑a‑service, stablecoins, etc.
This role is a Director‑level position that plays a key role in developing high‑impact projects for Visa’s North American clients. The Director will help clients design and deploy their money movement & stablecoin strategies, manage multiple consulting engagements, and deliver strategic and operational solutions.
Specific Responsibilities
Meet sales targets across a diverse set of existing and new Visa clients.
Manage and expand relationships with client stakeholders to ensure engagements add value and align with client needs.
Lead the identification, sale, and delivery of Money Movement & Stablecoin consulting engagements.
Develop frameworks, approaches, solutions, and recommendations that address the most impactful opportunities for clients.
Proactively collaborate with peers in marketing, sales, risk, product, and global teams to surface novel solutions.
Build new scalable solutions, toolkits, best‑practice documents, and consulting approaches applicable across VCA.
Identify, build, and scale new offerings.
Disseminate learnings and opportunities from engagements to peers across the organization.
Stay up to date with emerging payment trends and create thought leadership.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications
10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree (Master’s/MBA/JD/MD) or 3+ years with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications
12+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 8–10 years with an Advanced Degree, or 6+ years with a PhD.
Relevant client‑facing experience selling and delivering management consulting engagements at a large consulting firm or U.S. financial institution.
Deep understanding of Money Movement products and operational aspects.
Exposure to custodial account structuring, asset management, FX, and payment rails.
Digital assets background and experience.
Knowledge or experience of Stablecoins.
Understanding of banking operations and payment rails, including products, services, systems, and marketing initiatives.
Payments and financial services experience.
Strong analytical and quantitative background.
Experience working on Money Movement.
Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, able to handle multiple projects concurrently.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Team player.
Technology mindset, curious, up‑to‑date with digital trends.

Travel Requirements:
5–10% of the time.
