Job Description Job Description Overview We are seeking a reliable, flexible, and compassionate Home Health Aide Floater to join our home care team. This role provides support across multiple client homes, filling in where care is needed most. As an HHA Floater, you will deliver high-quality personal care and assistance, ensuring clients receive consistent support even during staffing changes. This is an excellent opportunity for an adaptable caregiver who enjoys variety and wants to make a meaningful difference each day. Key Responsibilities Travel to assigned client homes to provide coverage based on agency needs Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Support mobility , transfers, and safe ambulation Provide light housekeeping , meal preparation, and assistance with feeding as needed Offer companionship and emotional support Observe and report changes in client condition to supervisory staff Maintain accurate documentation of care provided Adhere to all agency policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards Represent the agency professionally while working with multiple families and clients Qualifications Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for floater role) Ability to travel to various client homes within assigned region Current CPR/First Aid certification Strong communication, reliability, and time-management skills Experience in home care or long-term care preferred Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing high-quality care What We Offer Competitive hourly pay with differential for floater roles Flexible scheduling Mileage reimbursement or travel stipends (if applicable) Opportunities for additional hours and professional growth About Us Best Care Home Services is dedicated to providing exceptional, client-centered home care services.
