Position Overview Responsible for providing direct patient care to specific patient populations effectively using the nursing process – Assessment, Planning, Implementation & Continual Reassessment – as the foundation for care delivery. Serves as a patient advocate; effectively coordinates care and continually promotes safety and clinical/service quality in daily practice.
Job Description
Education
– Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; Associates in Nursing.
Certification & Licensure
– ICU/TICU – RN-Registered Nurse of California; BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider; ACLS-Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
Preferred Experience
– Previous 1 year experience as an RN in an ICU/acute care hospital desirable but not required.
Job Shift
– Nights.
Schedule
– Full Time.
Shift Hours
– 12.
Days Of The Week
– Variable.
Weekend Requirements
– Every other Weekend.

Weekly Hours
– 36.

Pay Range is $89.55 to $118.73 / hour.
The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
