Supply Services Procurement Manager Location:

Piscataway, NJ 08854

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible for global coordination)

Contract Duration:

1 Year long contract with possibility of extension

Pay Rate:

$60.71–52.19/hr. on W2 Basis and without benefits

Job Summary Leads strategic sourcing projects, negotiations, and supplier management for Supply Services categories including Facility, MRO, Capital, Manufacturing, and R&D supplies. Develops category strategies, drives savings goals, ensures governance compliance, and supports global E2E procurement initiatives in a dynamic FMCG environment.

Responsibilities

Manages strategic plans, leads negotiations, and supports sourcing for major projects across categories.

Builds partnerships with stakeholders, engages senior leaders for escalations, and maintains ethical vendor relationships.

Leads RFPs/RFQs, contract negotiations, execution, and Ariba repository management.

Conducts spend analysis, risk assessments, and develops global category strategies/long-range plans.

Tracks KPIs, budgets, P2P compliance, and reports to Global E2E Services & Supply Manager.

Supports digital transformation, SRM programs, QBRs, and cross-functional initiatives per GPPM/CRMC governance.

Performs data analysis, prepares specifications, and inputs into sourcing databases.

Experience & Skills

6+ years in Supply Chain, Engineering, or manufacturing; FMCG procurement preferred.

Strong project management, negotiation, business analysis, and strategic sourcing skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft/Google tools, Ariba, spend analytics, and digital/AI tools.

Excellent relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration, and prioritization abilities.

Knowledge of capital equipment contracts and FMCG/warehouse processes preferred.

Safety & Compliance:

Adhere to Global Procurement Policy Manual (GPPM), CRMC processes, ethical standards, data security, and all company regulations. Complete background check prior to employment.

Shift/Hours:

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Full-time with flexibility for global meetings; punctuality critical for stakeholder alignment.

Interview Process:

Virtual and/or onsite interviews will be conducted with potential candidates.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Sourcing, Engineering, or STEM discipline required. PMP certification preferred.
