Salary / Hourly Rate The pay range is $19.60 per hour – $24.45 per hour. Final compensation is based on skill, experience, and qualifications.
Responsibilities
Assist with hands‑on activities that meet children’s needs and interests.
Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child’s daily milestones.
Ensure a safe, clean classroom by following procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 and have a high school diploma or GED.
Preferred: one year of experience in child‑care, daycare, or preschool settings.
Preferred: CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or a related field.
Must pass required state and company background checks and meet minimum education and experience requirements.
