AI-driven 3D, MR, and Digital Experiences . Our next phase requires an experienced revenue leader capable of building a world-class sales organization that can capture global demand for immersive tech. Role Overview

The

VP of Sales

is responsible for

owning the global revenue strategy , scaling multiple enterprise pods, developing GTM playbooks, and driving aggressive ARR expansion. You will architect our sales organization, oversee pipeline and forecasting, and elevate our presence with executives at the world’s biggest brands and agencies. This is a highly strategic leadership role reporting directly to the CEO. Responsibilities

Define and execute the global sales strategy across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Build and scale a high-performance sales team: Directors, AEs, SDRs, and future revenue operations. Create repeatable sales processes, GTM frameworks, and compensation models. Drive forecasting accuracy, quota design, and multi-region territory planning. Lead executive-level conversations with CMOs, CTOs, innovation heads, and agency chiefs. Own and grow strategic accounts across retail, entertainment, sports, tech, luxury, and travel. Oversee partnerships with creative studios, platforms, and holding companies to unlock multi-market activations. Cross-Functional Leadership

Collaborate with Product to influence roadmap for enterprise needs. Partner with Marketing to develop demand-gen strategies and industry narratives. Work with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and high retention. Targets & Performance

Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals. Establish OKRs, dashboards, and analytics for pipeline optimization. Represent the company at major conferences, summits, and C‑suite briefings. Requirements

10–15+ years

in enterprise sales within Adtech, Martech, marketing cloud, or emerging media technologies. 5+ years

leading sales organizations or multi-region teams. Demonstrated success scaling a SaaS or platform business from Series A to B/C or beyond. Experience closing

eight-figure enterprise programs

and multi-market global deals. Strong command of agency ecosystems, global brand workflows, and digital advertising economics. Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills. Bonus: Experience in

AR/MR, WebAR, XR, or 3D / immersive content pipelines . What We Offer
