Role Description This is a full-time, on-site General Manager role located in Austin, TX. The General Manager will oversee and lead all food service operations, ensuring a high level of service quality and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing budgets, developing strategic plans, hiring and training staff, and ensuring compliance with food safety and operational standards. The role also involves collaboration with clients to achieve business objectives, implementing innovative dining solutions, and driving team performance to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
Leadership and management skills, including team supervision, training, and coaching
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and operational analysis
Experience in food service operations, dining services, and understanding of food safety regulations
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to build strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred
5 or more years of experience in food service management or a similar leadership role
Experience in a corporate dining environment is a plus
