Salary: $75,975.90 - $102,790.60 per year

Responsibilities
Manage the referral process while providing a smooth transition from the hospital, community, or other settings.
Perform in‑person visits to evaluate potential referrals as needed; conduct facility tours for prospective residents or their relatives.
Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources to obtain required information and admit residents efficiently.
Work directly with other department supervisors to complete responsibilities for admissions of new residents, coordinate pre‑admission procedures, hand‑outs, and required paperwork.
Provide education to residents or their relatives regarding the services available at the facility and resources produced based on individual resident needs.
Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.
Requirements Education:
High school diploma equivalency with 2 years cumulative experience and 1 year leadership experience OR
4 years applicable cumulative job‑specific experience and 1 year leadership experience.
Additional Preferences:
Extensive experience in the DC market highly preferred.
Strong marketing background highly preferred.
Demonstrated success managing an existing, established book of business highly preferred.
