Responsibilities
Establish and maintain Guest Services.
Oversee and be accountable for daily store operations.
Ensure maximum sales and profitability by controlling expenses, shrinkage, and human resources.
Manage merchandising and inventory control in adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum age 21.
Prior retail management experience required.
Physical demands: over 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.
