Requirements
8+ years of experience in a product company with cross‑departmental collaboration.
3+ years as Director of Engineering, Senior Engineering Manager, or Head of Engineering.
3+ years as a Senior Software Engineer with full‑stack development experience.
2+ years managing managers and leading high‑performing teams.
Experience with Agile, DevOps, and software development lifecycle.
Proven ability to build scalable, secure, and highly available backend systems.
Experience implementing performance metrics (DORA, KPI, OKR).
Strong communication skills and ability to lead remote and distributed teams across time zones.
Technical expertise in system design, backend, frontend, and databases.
