Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced AR/VR Application Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality immersive applications using Unity Engine. The role focuses on developing performance-optimized XR (AR/VR) applications integrated with Android (AOSP) and firmware layers, supporting both training simulations and production-grade experiences.
The ideal candidate has strong hands‑on experience with Unity, C#, and immersive systems, and can manage projects across the full development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain AR/VR/XR applications using Unity Engine
Build interactive and immersive experiences optimized for performance and stability
Design and implement end-to-end XR training simulations
Maintain, rework, and enhance existing VR and AR applications for production use
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including firmware, platform, and system engineers
Integrate Unity applications with Android (AOSP) and device firmware
Create and maintain technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Prototype XR solutions and support concept‑to‑deployment activities
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for real‑world deployment
Required Qualifications
5+ years of overall software development experience
4+ years of hands‑on experience building AR/VR applications in Unity
Strong programming skills in C#
Solid understanding of XR systems (AR, VR, MR)
Experience delivering high‑quality, performance‑optimized Unity applications
Experience working with Android platforms (AOSP) and firmware integration
Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Android system internals and hardware integration
Experience working on full project lifecycle, including design, development, and documentation
Knowledge of performance profiling and optimization in Unity
Experience working in an Agile development environment

Onsite role – candidates must be available to work onsite from Day 1
