Role Overview The Head of Client Services is a critical client partner role that demonstrates leadership, strategic direction, and business acumen for Linqia’s portfolio of enterprise brand clients. The Director leads a team of junior and mid‑level contributors responsible for executing campaigns for select Fortune 1000 accounts, focusing on delivering excellent client experiences and building long‑term partnerships.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of 12 Strategic Account Managers and Program Managers (2 direct reports)
Responsible for hiring, employee evaluation, growth/development, and minor HR functions (PTO, compensation, title changes)
Coach the team to deliver best‑in‑class results, meeting business KPIs and development goals within signed IOs
Own the client experience and exceed expectations to create long‑term partnerships
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders by demonstrating client industry and influencer knowledge
Work with internal partners to gauge campaign performance and KPIs, determining the extent to which objectives and strategies were met
Stay abreast of industry trends and share knowledge with the team
Collaborate with internal partners to optimize revenue opportunities with particular clients
Qualifications
12+ years of client‑management and media (or influencer) experience within agencies
5+ years of team‑management experience
Driven by delighting customers; customer satisfaction drives your work
Passion for the social media space and a desire to learn new platforms and how advertising and influencers use them
Entrepreneurial self‑motivator who is not afraid to roll up sleeves and solve problems while establishing deadlines, benchmarks, and goals
Proven track record of client and team success
Comfortable with high‑level client communications
Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
Able to come into our New York office 2 × a week
