Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our Salesforce team to drive data‑driven insights, develop predictive models, and support AI/ML initiatives across the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will combine strong statistical analysis skills with hands‑on experience in SQL Server (2012 or similar) and modern data science tools to transform business data into actionable intelligence.
Responsibilities
Design and develop predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses to solve complex business problems and optimize Salesforce platform performance
Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from SQL Server 2012 (or similar databases) and Salesforce to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including architects, developers, and business stakeholders to translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations
Build and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and automated reporting solutions to support ongoing analytics initiatives
Implement AI/ML models within the Salesforce ecosystem, leveraging Einstein Analytics, predictive scoring, and recommendation engines
Develop data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to communicate insights to technical and non‑technical audiences
Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are maintained throughout all analytical processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related roles
Strong proficiency in SQL Server 2012 (or similar RDBMS such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) with expertise in complex query writing, stored procedures, and performance optimization
Hands‑on experience with Python, R, or similar statistical programming languages
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques
Experience with Salesforce platform and Einstein Analytics
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
