M9 Solutions is seeking an

IT Specialist

to work on-site in support of a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

Provides end user support, guidance, deployment, and ongoing assistance for enterprise software licenses that meet business, operational, and/or technical requirements.

Prioritizes customer requests based on severity and impact while maintaining high accuracy and keeping the ticketing queue low.

Diagnoses and troubleshoots software issues across all major Enterprise Software licenses and enclaves.

Communicates clearly with customers at all levels of the enterprise to resolve problems and provide status updates.

Works with System Admins to resolve complex issues and helps mitigate risks by reporting them to government leads in a timely manner.

Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems independently.

Documents, tracks, and monitors success to ensure a timely resolution.

Simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties.

Recommends system modifications to reduce user problems.

Briefs leadership in a timely manner, either in writing or in daily/weekly meetings.

Required Skills And Qualifications

TS/SCI security clearance.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or related field.

5+ years of relevant experience.

Familiar with ITIL-based service mgmt processes (incident, change, asset management).

Proficiency in using ticketing systems in JIRA and other platforms.

Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.

Full-Time Employee Compensation M9 Solutions' pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include, but are not limited to, responsibilities of the position, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, location, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $180,000 USD
