The organization is known for its collaborative culture, data-driven approach, and commitment to delivering high-quality results for internal stakeholders.
Job Description Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple business functions.
Contract – 6 months (maternity leave coverage)
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter (license provided)
Review and screen applicants submitted through the company career site
Manage and maintain active job postings across assigned departments
Partner with internal stakeholders to move candidates through the hiring process
Ensure complete and accurate documentation of all candidate interactions within Workday
Maintain clean, up-to-date recruiting data with strong attention to detail
Support recruiting efforts across multiple departments with varying hiring needs
Prepare and distribute weekly recruiting status updates to hiring teams
Collaborate with a recruiting coordinator who will assist with interview scheduling
Qualifications
5–7 years of corporate or agency recruiting experience
Background recruiting within professional services, consulting, law firms, or similar environments
Experience supporting high-volume requisitions (typically 15–20 open roles at a time)
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter (required)
Prior experience using Workday strongly preferred
Experience with Rooster is a plus
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Candidates should be comfortable navigating occasional delays in hiring manager feedback and able to manage candidate expectations professionally
Contract position covering a maternity leave
Start date targeted for mid-January (no later than end of January)
