Role and Responsibilities

Work with product managers, communications, and subject matter experts to produce and maintain world‑class documentation, including User Guides, Standard Operating Procedures, Social Media Content, and other program communications.

Gather stakeholder feedback on documentation and multimedia projects to improve usability and prioritize future investments.

Act as senior editor to ensure consistency across all internal and external training materials.

Build and maintain client training aids that go beyond traditional documentation, such as video scripts, educational presentations, and social media posts.

Learn and understand complex concepts and communicate the information in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.

Write and edit technical documents.

Edit and format technical and program documentation in either Word or PowerPoint.

Work with internal authors to provide changes and or recommendations to provided materials.

Perform quality reviews of documentation to ensure the correct grammar and punctuation is used, integrating multiple inputs into a single document or presentation to develop the final customer deliverable.
