We’re seeking an experienced ML Engineer to join our Professional Services team. In this role you’ll work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS AI/ML and GenAI solutions that meet their technical and business objectives. You’ll be a key player in driving customer success through the cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the ML project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Implement end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI projects, from business understanding to data preparation, model development, deployment and monitoring.

Design and implement machine learning pipelines that support high‑performance, reliable, scalable, and secure ML workloads.

Architect scalable ML solutions and MLOps using AWS services and integrating GenAI where appropriate.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Applied Science, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, Applications) to prepare, analyze, operationalize data and AI/ML models.

Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on AI/ML, GenAI solutions and cloud architectures.

Share knowledge and best practices within the organization through mentoring, training and creating reusable artifacts.

Ensure solutions meet industry standards and support customers in advancing their AI/ML, GenAI and cloud adoption strategies.

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.

Knowledge of primary AWS services (EC2, ELB, RDS, Route 53, S3).

Experience implementing AWS services in distributed computing environments.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of IT implementation experience.

Degree in advanced technology or an AWS Professional level certification.

Knowledge of AWS services including compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies.

Knowledge of security and compliance standards such as HIPAA and GDPR.

Experience designing, developing, and deploying business software at scale and leading cloud‑computing technologies.

Experience optimizing performance and managing cost in cloud environments.

Experience presenting technical solutions to diverse audiences in pre‑sales environments.

Compensation for this role ranges from $118,200/year to $204,300/year, depending on market location, experience, and skill set. Full compensation may include equity, sign‑on payments, and other benefits.
