is hiring a Trade Settlement Specialist. This position is responsible for coordination of the Federal trade settlement process. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitors the processing of all Fed trade settlements including the input to the Trust Accounting System. Oversee the daily Fed trade settlement process, ensuring deadlines and operating schedules are met. Communicates exceptional settlement issues as they occur to Asst Trust Operations Manager. Identifies and recommends opportunities for productivity improvements and system enhancements. Contact investment managers as needed daily to address day-to-day settlement issues. Assists as needed in various areas including transitioning of new account assets; settlement, reconciliation and balancing of daily trade activity and accounts; processing of Class Actions and Bankruptcies; Pair-offs and other duties as assigned. Acts as backup to other departmental functions. Performs other related duties as assigned. REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
High school diploma or equivalent (required) Microsoft 365 Experience Knowledge of trust/trade practices and procedures is normally attained in two years of trade settlement experience in a trust department or brokerage firms’ or other financial services institution. (required) BENEFITS:
