This role is with Mercor. Mercor uses RippleMatch to find top talent. We are recruiting U.S./UK/Canada/Europe/Singapore/Dubai/Australia-based
investment banking or private equity experts
for a research project with a leading foundational model AI lab.
What We're Looking For
At least 2 years of experience working at top firms in investment banking or private equity with deal experience (academic experience does not count; must be on desk).
Strong financial modeling skills.
Ability to commit at least 20 hours per week.
Self‑motivated, able to work asynchronously.
Role Details
Work is fully asynchronous and can be done around your schedule.
You will build financial models from scratch that reflect your on‑desk work.
Contract until end of February (possible extension).
Successful contributions increase the odds of selection on future projects with Mercor.
Vetting includes a ~10‑minute behavioral interview and a Compensation & Legal
Pay: $150/hour, paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged hours.
You will be classified as an at‑will contractor.
We cannot currently support H1‑B or STEM OPT status candidates.
