Overview
We are seeking a Senior Commercial Finance Manager to join an exciting Consumer Services business undergoing rapid growth. The role reports to the Divisional VP and partners with senior leadership and the board, providing financial leadership and strategy support across all operations.
Base Pay Range $140,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Generate monthly and quarterly financial reviews, consolidating data and delivering actionable insights to leadership.
Drive the finance agenda and partner with business units to prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with other teams across the company, adapting to a fast‑growing environment.
Deliver stakeholder management, leading discussions and influencing decisions with strong business judgment.
Serve as an effective communicator, ensuring alignment between financial objectives and operational strategies.
Qualifications
Mid‑Senior level experience in finance, accounting/auditing, or strategy/planning.
Proven experience in stakeholder management and leadership, with ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills, comfort with financial modeling and reporting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong business judgment.
Adaptability and resilience in a fast‑paced, growth‑driven environment.
