Role The Influencer Marketing Campaign Associate, internally known as the Brand Success Manager, is responsible for the successful execution of Linqia’s influencer marketing programs. This role blends strategic thinking, client management, and operational execution to ensure high‑quality campaign performance and client satisfaction. The Brand Success Manager collaborates across teams, manages end‑to‑end campaign execution, balances client needs, influencer partnerships, and internal coordination, while being detail‑oriented, highly organized, and proactive in problem‑solving.
Responsibilities
Act as principal liaison between client, agency, and Linqia internal teams to partner with Fortune 500 brands and deliver best‑in‑class influencer marketing campaigns.
Support and facilitate content ideation, development, and delivery to align with campaign objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers, managing onboarding and overall campaign experience.
Track social media trends, analyze campaign performance, and generate impact‑driven insights and strategic recommendations.
Gain a deep understanding of client product and marketing goals to proactively propose campaign content, strategy, and optimization ideas.
Own and facilitate all aspects of the Linqia campaign planning, execution, and analysis process for clients, including managing campaign calendar, monitoring and optimizing results, writing creative briefs, and developing analysis reports.
Identify trends to enhance the overall client experience and improve team efficiency.
Qualifications
1–3 years of marketing or account management experience.
Knowledge of effectively using various forms of digital/social media advertising to drive traffic and brand awareness; a team player able to prioritize and manage time effectively.
Demonstrated ownership and accountability.
Strong troubleshooting skills with creative ability to lead teams to overcome challenges and achieve resolution.
Ability to thrive in a rapidly growing start‑up environment.
4‑year college degree.
Passionate about digital, social, and influencer marketing.
Must currently reside in the San Francisco Bay Area and be available to commute to the office 3 times per week.
