Deliver specialized instruction and training for children receiving Applied Behavior Analysis therapy. Consult with classroom teachers to help them adjust a student’s learning environment and instruction delivery. Assess and document a student’s progress through formal and informal tests and measurements, curriculum‑based assessments, functional behavior assessments, and data collection. Write daily log notes, quarterly progress notes, and annual review reports. Conduct and write Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Provide parent and caregiver training, support, and education. Attend IFSP/CPSE/CSE meetings as needed. Provide supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians. Conduct training and professional development for teachers and paraprofessionals. Perform other related duties as required. Qualifications
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field. Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license in the state of practice. Compensation
USD $65.00 per hour.
