Senior Account Executive

In this role, you will function as the primary customer contact on a tactic level, supporting upper-level customer management team members and partnering with Agency Operations. As Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for day-to-day account activities and ensure the execution of tactical objectives are aligned with customer expectations and overall brand strategy.
Responsibilities
Partner with the Project Manager and Planner to manage changes to project parameters that may affect timing, cost, or workload
Build relationships with customer contacts and colleagues, providing value as source of information relative to tactical strategy, brand objectives, and business needs
Assist in writing project briefs and securing signed copies from customer
Orchestrate pre-kickoff meetings and initiation of new customer request
Manage budgetary needs of the customer in partnership with the Planner
Essential Requirements
3+ years’ relevant customer experience in marketing, healthcare, or other related disciplines or 3+ years’ relevant agency side experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Desired Requirements
Adobe Professional experience
Compensation The annual base salary for this position ranges from $75,000-90,000. Salary will vary based on candidate qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
