The Atlanta, GA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Commercial Litigation Practice.
Responsibilities:
Handle all phases of litigation, including drafting and reviewing pleadings, legal research and analysis, motion practice, and oral advocacy.
Demonstrate experience in all aspects of litigation, with a focus on complex commercial matters.
Qualifications:
At least six (6) years of complex commercial litigation experience, including landlord and tenant litigation, premises liability, HOA and landlord‑tenant compliance, and real estate.
Admission to the Georgia Bar is required. Admission to the Alabama Bar is a plus.
Superior writing skills, strong analytical and research abilities, and excellent communication skills.
