HVAC Technician responsibilities: Conducting routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems. Diagnosing and repairing malfunctioning equipment, such as refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, and heating pumps. Accurately document failures and recommended repairs for home warranty claims Communicate with home warranty companies to explain diagnoses and secure repair approvals Provide clear, professional explanations to homeowners Complete work orders, photos, and paperwork in a timely manner Performing installations of new heating and cooling systems. Maintaining accurate records of equipment repairs and maintenance. Troubleshooting issues with electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems. Collaborating with team members and management to ensure customer satisfaction. Adhering to safety procedures and guidelines while on job sites. Timely completion of work orders.
