Provide quality patient care while producing ultrasound images used for diagnosis and treatment. Execute scans efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of patient care to ensure a remarkable patient experience. Essential Functions

Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures, including transport, transfer, immobilization, and positioning. Explain procedures, considering patients’ physical and emotional needs. Independently perform ultrasound exams, delivering high‑quality images. Record digital images as directed for radiologist interpretation. Assist physicians in needle biopsies, renal biopsies, etc. Maintain pertinent records. Qualifications

Education Associate’s Degree in Diagnostic Imaging or Diagnostic Medical Sonography (or equivalent diploma). Experience in lieu of a degree is not accepted. Licenses and Credentials • BLS Certification – preferred • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) – required within 90 days of hire (ARDMS) Experience • Ultrasound scanning experience 0–1 year preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • Good communication skills. • Ability to evaluate and problem‑solve effectively. • Ability to work independently. • Ability to guide, teach, and motivate others. • Good business acumen skills.
