Pay Range: $23.00‑$25.00 plus achievement bonus $400‑$2,000.

About the Job You were born to be the boss. The role requires leadership, judgment, math and multitasking, ensuring that all staff run effectively and that policies are followed 100%.
Job Requirements & Duties You are responsible for everything that happens in your restaurant: cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You set the example and enforce policy and procedures, and manage schedules, orders, training, and hiring. A profit share bonus is awarded to GMs based on controlling costs within goals.
Qualifications
At least 18 years or older
Preferred 1 year of restaurant management experience
Must be able to work weekend nights
