General Manager
to lead our team and elevate our resort to new heights of excellence. Position Overview
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of resort operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences, efficient management, and a culture of excellence. Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations across all departments: front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, spa, and guest services. Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and guest satisfaction. Recruit, train, and inspire a high‑performing team dedicated to luxury service standards. Manage budgets, financial reporting, and operational efficiency. Foster relationships with guests, community partners, and stakeholders. Uphold the resort’s reputation for elegance, comfort, and personalized hospitality. Coordinate with the Director of Operations to ensure the guest experience exceeds expectations. Maintain owner relations and communication in partnership with senior leadership. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or hospitality management. Strong background in operations, finance, rooms and guest relations. Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills. Proven ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences and drive profitability. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred. What We Offer
