Scripps Mercy Hospital has served central and downtown San Diego since 1890 and is the oldest medical center in the county. The San Diego campus is located near the corner of 5th Avenue and Washington Street in Hillcrest. The campus includes the O’Toole Breast Care Center, a 24‑hour emergency room that is a Level I Trauma Center, outpatient physical rehabilitation, minimally invasive robotic surgery, and a childbirth unit with a Level II neonatal intensive care unit. It is also part of a two‑campus system including Chula Vista.

This is a casual position (per diem) with 8‑hour varied shifts (days and nights) and includes flexibility throughout the week, including weekends, holidays, and participation in the on‑call rotation with staff. Candidates should be open to covering graveyard shifts. The position is located at Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego in the Hillcrest community.

Required Qualifications

Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology Technology.

CRT certification.

FLUORO (must obtain FLUORO within 6 months of hire date).

BLS from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications

ARRT certification.

Proficient in OR.

C-Arm experience.

Trauma experience.

Position Pay Range $44.63-$64.71 per hour.
