Responsibilities
Oversee daily clinical workflows, ensuring evidence‑based treatment programs are implemented.
Monitor client progress, provide clinical supervision, and mentor a multidisciplinary staff.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize treatment outcomes.
Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and licensing requirements.
Qualifications
Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent state licensure.
Strong clinical background in Behavioral Health and Addiction Treatment.
Leadership experience managing, mentoring, and motivating a multidisciplinary staff.
Proficiency in compliance management, policy implementation, and regulatory adherence.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Experience working with diverse populations and commitment to person‑centered care.
Knowledge of Medicaid and private insurance processes is a plus.
