Responsibilities

Plan the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with customer pain points.

Work closely with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, QA, CS, Implementation and Sales to ensure effective product development and delivery.

Conduct market research, review RFPs, and analyze customer feedback to identify product needs and opportunities.

Help define and prioritize features and requirements from internal and external stakeholders, balancing business goals with user experience.

Monitor product performance metrics, analyze data, and create reports to track progress against key objectives and identify areas for improvement.

Assist in the development of product strategies by contributing market insights, conducting competitor analysis, and user feedback.

Maintain the backlog, ensuring that tasks are prioritized based on value, scalability, urgency, and feasibility.

Maintain the product calendar and provide proactive updates to stakeholders on product progress, upcoming needs, and roadblocks.

Ensure that all product specifications, requirements, and updates are well documented, creating a reliable resource for internal teams and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Create product artifacts (feature specs, functional requirements, testing requirements, release notes, help guides).

Coordinate the feature launch, client communication and training process, including cross‑departmental alignment, marketing efforts, and post‑launch analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher (an asset).

A minimum of 5 years in Product Management in the Software Technology Industry.

Proven track record in identifying and analyzing market problems and customer needs and be able to translate those needs into digital products.

Experience with interviewing customers, testing, and understanding their business processes and objectives to be successful.

Experience with messaging and evangelism with customers.

Experience in leveraging data and market research to identify issues and opportunities and build decisions based on facts and data.

An eye for design and experience in User Experience (UX) Project Management and Agile methodology (SCRUM).

Familiarity with AI capabilities and experience with AI powered solutions (an asset).

Experience with data analysis (an asset).
