This on-site contract position offers an exciting opportunity for entry-level professionals to gain valuable experience in the anesthesiology field while working with a supportive team.
As a Locum CRNA, you will play a critical role in providing anesthesia care for patients undergoing various surgical procedures. You will work closely with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
Responsibilities
Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures
Monitor patients' vital signs during anesthesia administration
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient care
Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluations
Provide post-anesthesia care and support to patients
Maintain accurate records of anesthesia care provided
Adhere to safety protocols and best practices in anesthesia
Participate in continuous education and training opportunities
Requirements
Active certification as a CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist)
Recent graduates or entry-level professionals are encouraged to apply
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of anesthesia techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7a-3p
No call or weekends

Cases: Endo, GYN, urology, and general
Blocks Required: Rectus sheaths, QL blocks, femoral adductor canal blocks, tap blocks, and interscalene blocks
90% outpatient, 10% inpatient
EMR: Cerner
Must be board-certified
