leads end‑to‑end supply chain operations, ensuring cost‑effective movement of goods from suppliers to customers. The manager collaborates with internal teams, external vendors, and logistics partners to align supply chain strategies with business goals and drive operational excellence. Responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer service. Monitor supply chain performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve optimal performance. Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to ensure products are available when needed without overstocking. Oversee procurement processes, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships. Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with contracts and quality standards. Build strong relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules. Manage the logistics function, ensuring the timely transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses and customers. Collaborate with third‑party logistics providers (3PLs) to manage transportation, warehousing, and distribution efficiently. Optimize transportation routes and methods to reduce costs and improve delivery times. Lead and motivate the Planning and Purchasing team, ensuring effective execution of supply chain functions. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Implement contingency plans to handle disruptions or unexpected supply chain challenges. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, or related fields. Experience managing end‑to‑end supply chain functions, including procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and guide teams toward achieving organizational goals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and supply chain management software. Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma are a plus. Experience with global supply chain practices, including international shipping and customs regulations, is an advantage. Essential Competencies
