Unnatural Focus, Intensity, and Speed: Operates with a level of leverage and speed that most competent people believe is impossible, driving teams toward 10x and 100x outcomes rather than incremental gains. Performant Design and Iterative Development: Student of performant user experience design, driven by deep understanding of user psychology and product testing experience, and rapidly AB test experiences to observe real results. Technical Curiosity and Depth: Passion for technology, seeks every opportunity to understand all pieces that power experiences, prefers working as “one team” with engineering in a lean, fluid environment.
