The Market Access, Data Analytics and Enablement Manager (US REMOTE) will manage components of multiple projects within the US Value & Access team, which includes, but is not limited to, Database Schema Development, US CPT Coding/Pricing Analysis, Analytics Auditing, Cyclical Data Cleaning, Field Reimbursement Director Data Support, KPI tracking, and Presentation Development. The role will own data curation and transformation essential to the success of the Value & Access team’s data strategy with a primary focus on Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid Payer data and Reimbursement Rate Data Governance & Stewardship.
These activities will be accomplished by collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, including the US market access team, Data/Analytics, Enablement, Government Affairs, HEOR colleagues, marketing, sales, regulatory and clinical affairs, federal government agencies/institutions, and/or managed care organizations.
This position reports to the US Senior Manager of Market Access Analytics & Enablement and is part of the Value & Access Team located remotely anywhere in the US.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the US Value & Access teams’ data analytics universe.
Collaborate to maintain market access project management activities (Gantt Charts, DM, Bowlers, PD, Action Plans, Training, MAPPS Collateral, Seismic, etc.).
Analyze US reimbursement trends, coding changes, payment amounts, fee schedules, and coverage status of Cepheid’s marketed tests within the US.
Assist in development of commercial resources such as market‑access collateral development, commercial/distributor training, dossier development, and payer presentations.
Coordinate with the broader Cepheid matrix organization to achieve US Market Access initiatives and objectives.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of related work experience or Master’s degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience, or equivalent experience working with large datasets, analytics visualizations, and/or KPI dashboard creation.
High proficiency in Power BI, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong project management, organizational, communication, negotiation, and business‑development skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects or products, be action‑oriented, and engage effectively with cross‑functional groups and senior management as appropriate.
3+ years of leading or managing projects.
Travel and Physical/Environmental Requirements
May be required to travel up to 25% of your time for occasional meetings.
Preferred Experience
Experience with Snowflake, MySQL, or any Relationship Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and project management software.
3+ years of leading or managing projects in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or diagnostics space.
Compensation and Benefits Annual salary range: $88,900 – $130,000. This range may be modified in the future. The role is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
Comprehensive benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The availability of any bonus, commission, benefits, or other compensation remains at the company’s sole discretion.
