Partner closely with internal stakeholders (Media strategy, Analytics, Product) to align trading strategies with broader business objectives and ensure cohesive execution.

Proactively monitor campaign pacing, deliverability, and performance, implementing adjustments in real time to maximize efficiency and scale.

Qualifications

4–7 years of hands‑on programmatic trading experience, preferably within an agency or in‑house team environment.

Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and campaign reporting; experience with Tableau and Amplitude is advantageous.

Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to synthesize large data sets to derive actionable campaign insights.

Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the capacity to manage projects from inception to completion within a fast‑paced environment.
