Job Overview As the Enterprise Architect, you will play a critical role in strategic architectural decisions, helping us develop scalable and extensible solutions, evaluate new technologies and tools. You will analyze the current IT landscape and create a strategic future roadmap for applications. Additionally, you will develop standards and processes for managing the Enterprise’s IT portfolio.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain future strategic enterprise roadmaps and blueprints for the application landscape.
Evaluate new technologies and suitable tools and recommend them for the Enterprise.
Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Take responsibility for strategic architectural decisions and help develop scalable and extensible solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure alignment with architecture standards.
Establish and enforce governance processes for technology and solutions.
Execute digital modernization efforts, including API delivery, middleware migration to cloud platforms, and the integration of AI/ML capabilities for smarter, adaptive, and more automated workflows.
Create automation frameworks to produce scalable, repeatable solutions that accelerate the software development cycle.
Stay current with emerging technologies in cloud integration, generative AI, and intelligent automation, and apply innovative solutions to enhance integration efficiency and platform capabilities.
Qualifications
5-7+ years of technical solutions experience, including 3+ years in a relevant Enterprise Architecture role covering data, integration, cloud, architecture frameworks, and infrastructure.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
Strong background in systems engineering, enterprise solutions and stakeholder management.
Deep familiarity with IT environments, networks, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), data architecture, service-oriented architecture and IT solution development.
Track record of building prototypes, leading technical initiatives and evaluating new tools.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with various languages/frameworks (e.g., Java, React, Angular, Spring Boot).
